Record of the Annual General Meeting of the Culverley Green Residents’ Association held on April 2017 015 at Hartley Hall
The meeting was well attended and was followed by refreshments and informal discussions. Copies of Chair’s Annual Report of the Association and Treasurer’s Report were distributed for review.
Welcome by Chair and introduction of councillors and highlights of Annual Report including the rise in activities and membership. The Treasurer presented her Report and gave an Events overview. Business of the Association was conducted by the committee. A block vote was agreed and seconded from the floor for the re-election of the current Officers: Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer & Membership Secretary, and Secretary - see table below. The role of the Street representative was presented by the Secretary including confirmation and thanking of current street representatives and a welcome to new volunteers.
